Herb Claims Tracker: What the Evidence Actually Supports

Frequently Asked Questions

It helps you separate a popular claim from what the evidence actually supports. I want you to see whether a claim comes from human research, animal or lab work, traditional use, mixed results, or not enough evidence at all.

Because the same herb can be studied as a tea, powder, tincture, or concentrated extract, and those are not automatically interchangeable. If the product does not match the research, the claim gets weaker.

Then our language changes too. I am not interested in defending an old claim just because it used to sound good. If better research changes the picture, we update the claim.
